SHIPPING: 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship by either USPS or UPS (customer chooses at checkout). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

OSG is not responsible for carrier delays. 

OSG is not responsible for any customs and VAT applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an OSG product, you may return it intact and unpunched for a full refund.
